Stranger Things Actress Unveils New Name — And The Nickname Everyone Is Talking About

Millie Bobby Brown just made her updated name clear, and even Noah Schnapp couldn't nail it on the first (or fifth) try. The reveal happened in a goofy quiz video, and yes, it got tangled fast.

The setup

Brown and Schnapp sat down for a quiz on the YouTube channel VT. At one point the host asked him if he knew her full name. Fun wrinkle: the segment even notes he was recently revealed as the godfather of her baby, so you'd think he'd have this down.

After a pause, he guessed: "Millie Bonnie Brown." Not a bad swing, considering she said back in March that her actual middle name is "Bonnie" and that "Bobby" isn't part of her name at all. She confirmed the Bonnie part... then hit him with a very pointed: "Well, now..."

The marriage math

He pivoted to the obvious: she married Jake Bongiovi (Jon Bon Jovi's son) in May 2024, so surely the last name changed.

His next try: "Millie Bonnie Brown Bongiovi." She shut that down with a dry "no," and then he kept swinging. Here's the rapid-fire sequence of wrong turns:

If you're wondering, in the U.S. a bon bon usually means that ice cream-and-chocolate Hershey's treat, while in the U.K. it's a sugar-dusted hard candy with a chewy center. Schnapp countered with his own runner: "Millie B-B-B-B-B," which sent them both into giggles until the segment wrapped.

So if you start seeing Millie Bonnie Bongiovi pop up in credits, that's her. And if you hear someone yell "BonBon" on set, that probably works too.
