List of Every Field Depot Location in ARC Raiders
ARC Raiders players are getting tripped up by Off the Radar, the quest that kicks off when Shani sends you hunting for a Field Depot—here’s where to find it and the steps to clear it fast.
If Off the Radar in ARC Raiders has you wandering in circles, you are not alone. The game never flags the thing you are supposed to find, which is a choice. Here is what the quest actually wants, what Field Depots look like, where to track them down, and a quick pulse check on how the game is doing right now.
What Off the Radar wants from you
Shani sends you to locate a Field Depot and handle a couple of chores once you get there. The confusing part: the map does not mark these at all. You have to navigate by landmarks and visuals.
How to spot a Field Depot
Keep an eye out for blue trailers with a big radar tower bolted on. If you see a chunky blue unit with a dish that looks like it wants to talk to space, you are in the right place.
All Field Depots we have found so far
Using the named areas on the map as reference points, here are six Field Depots I have come across:
- Center of the hydroponic Dome Complex
- Southern side of the Power Generation Complex
- Just south of the Research & Administration area
- West of the Water Treatment facility
- Red Lakes Balcony
- South of the Electrical Substation
Once you reach any Field Depot, climb up to the top and repair the radar dish. That completes Shani's ask for the quest. No extra trick to it beyond the awkward scavenger hunt to find the place.
Quick check-in on ARC Raiders overall
Before launch, plenty of folks assumed ARC Raiders would get swallowed by the extraction-shooter glut. This is Embark Studios' PvPvE extraction game with a scrappy post-apocalyptic vibe, and that lane has chewed up a lot of contenders lately.
Early signs say this one is landing. Per SteamDB, ARC Raiders hit a peak of 203,980 concurrent players on Steam. That number does not include PlayStation or Xbox, which makes it even more eye-catching. On top of that, the current Steam user reviews sit at 'Mostly Positive' — not easy to pull off in an era where games catch review bombs over the tiniest misstep. Translation: players seem to like the loop, warts and all.
If you stumble on any other Field Depot spots I missed, drop them in the comments so the rest of us can stop bushwhacking and get back to looting.
