Not a movie or a show, but still very much a year-in-review: Valve just rolled out Steam Replay 2025, basically PC gaming’s version of Spotify Wrapped or YouTube Recap. It’s a slick snapshot of what you actually played this year, and it’s already become a favorite among PC folks. If you want to see yours (and maybe pin it to your profile for a modest flex), here’s the quick way in.
How to pull up your Steam Replay
- Open the Steam app and land on the Store page. If you see a big banner at the top that says "Steam Replay 2025," click it.
- No banner? Hover your username in the top-left to open the drop-down menu, then click "Steam Replay" at the very bottom.
- Want to look back at past years? On your Replay page, scroll to the bottom for dedicated pages going back to 2022 and pick the year you want.
- If the app is being stubborn, you can also view Steam Replay in a web browser and log in there.
Sharing and profile perks
Your Replay is private by default, but Steam makes sharing easy. Scroll to the bottom of your Replay and you’ll see two options: one for social platforms and one for your Steam profile.
For your profile, hit "Add Profile Showcase" to pin a banner of your 2025 stats right on your page. For social, use the share button to grab a ready-made template you can post elsewhere.
Bonus bit that feels a little like finding a couple of tickets under the couch cushion: simply checking your Replay drops a new badge on your profile worth 50 XP. Not life-changing, but free XP is free XP.
That’s it. Go see which game ate your year.
