So when is the English dub?

Crunchyroll has not announced a date for the season 3 English dub yet. Based on how they handled season 2, expect the dub to start about two weeks after the Japanese premiere. Season 3 premiered on Saturday, October 4, 2025, so the smart bet is on or around Saturday, October 18, 2025.

Why the delay happens (the inside baseball bit)
