So, when would this actually come out?

Officially, nothing has been announced. Unofficially, an X post from @PLUTO_HADEATH on November 5, 2025 claims a production committee report pegs the target as a late 2026 theatrical release, and reiterates that the goal is a movie, not Season 3.

I would not pencil in 2026 just yet. If pre-production has not kicked off, 2026 is optimistic. 2027 feels more realistic, with late 2027 the hopeful end of that window.
