Sloppy Teenage Drama? This Top Hollywood Star Is a Euphoria Fan

Since its debut in 2019, Euphoria has received mixed reactions from audiences and critics. Over the years, Euphoria has spanned only two installments, with a couple of specials in between. Since it's already been two years since the show's second season premiered, its fans are looking forward to season 3. However, some don't share this enthusiasm for Euphoria, saying it's just another sloppy, albeit risqué, teen drama on TV. Well, this Hollywood A-lister doesn't seem to agree.

Leonardo DiCaprio Is a Euphoria Fan

Led by Zendaya and Jacob Elordi, Euphoria has a stellar cast of its own, but the show seems to have very influential fans within the industry, whose opinions about it can sway any critic in favor of the series.

'The biggest one is Leonardo DiCaprio, which sounds like a crazy name-drop. And it is a crazy name-drop. Leonardo DiCaprio, he came up to me in a club one time when I was, sort of, much younger,' Jacob Elordi, who plays Nate on Euphoria, revealed in a recent interview.

'And so we're in this club, and there's really loud music and everything. And he's like, "The shot in the first season, you know, the shot where you came in." And it's him and I in the middle of this club just going like – talking about camera angles. We're talking about cinema and, you know… It was amazing. He's the GOAT.'

When Will Season 3 of Euphoria Premiere?

Although it was said that production on the HBO show's third installment would begin in December 2023, that doesn't seem to be the case, as Jacob Elordi, who portrays one of Euphoria's main characters, hasn't been contacted yet, according to the actor. For this reason, it is too early to speculate on the release date of Season 3.

'I hope it's soon. Otherwise, it's going to be, like, they're gonna have to Benjamin Button me or something, because [I'm getting older],' Elordi said. 'I'm assuming that we'll have to go forward [with the plot]. Otherwise, it's going to seem like a weird bit.'

Hopefully, Season 3 of Euphoria will go into production in the near future, and we'll see it soon.
