Ginny & Georgia Season 4 Filming Dates Set, Release Window Revealed

Cameras are rolling on Ginny & Georgia Season 4, putting a new release window on the horizon for one of Netflix’s most-watched shows as creator Sarah Lampert reunites stars Brianne Howey and Antonia Gentry.
Ginny & Georgia is back in front of cameras. Netflix quietly dropped a little video confirming Season 4 is officially filming, which also gives us a pretty good idea of when we might actually see it.
What just happened
Netflix posted a quick clip with stars Brianne Howey (Georgia) and Antonia Gentry (Ginny) on set, saying it is day one on Season 4. No plot reveals, no spoilers, just the classic we-are-rolling check-in. Season 3 hit the platform in June 2025, so if production on Season 4 is starting now, a 2026 release window is the safe bet. Netflix hasn’t stamped a date on it yet, but the timeline lines up.
- Series: Ginny & Georgia (created by Sarah Lampert)
- Leads: Brianne Howey as Georgia Miller, Antonia Gentry as Ginny
- Status: Season 4 now filming
- Season 3: Premiered June 2025
- Release outlook: Likely 2026 (no official date yet)
The clip, in a nutshell
Howey kicks things off from set, welcoming everyone to day one of Season 4. Gentry chimes in that she’s excited for people to see what they’re up to. It’s a vibes-only update, but after the Season 3 finale chaos, honestly, that’s enough to get people speculating.
Where Season 3 left everyone (aka: this show is delightfully unhinged)
Season 3 ends with Georgia pregnant. The twist: the show doesn’t tell us who the father is. And if you haven’t kept up with the saga of pregnancies on this series, creator Sarah Lampert summed it up pretty perfectly to Netflix’s Tudum after the finale:
'Ginny gets pregnant, Georgia fakes a pregnancy, and then Georgia really gets pregnant, and we don’t know who the dad is. And when you say these things out loud, you’re like, What in the world is this show?!'
Yup. That tracks.
What the team is teasing (without really spoiling anything)
Brianne Howey told Tudum that Sarah Lampert has big swings planned and that she’s excited to dig further into the stuff that shaped Georgia into, well, Georgia. Showrunner Sarah Glinski pointed to the fallout for the kids as the main engine of Season 4, saying the real consequence of everything Georgia does is how it changes Ginny and Austin. So expect Season 4 to pick up that burden they’re carrying from the end of last season.
So... when can we watch it?
If Season 4 just started shooting in October 2025, you’re looking at the usual production and post-production runway. That puts the next batch of episodes in 2026 territory unless Netflix decides to sit on it (which, given how popular this show is, seems unlikely). Once Netflix plants a date, I’ll update, but for now: plan on 2026.
