Roblox Fish It! Bloodmoon Event: Exact Start Time Revealed and What to Expect
Halloween isn’t over in Roblox Fish It!—the Bloodmoon Event haunts Mount Hallow with new fish, fresh Mutations, and a netful of quality-of-life upgrades for every angler.
Halloween is not done with Roblox Fish It! yet. The Bloodmoon Event is dropping, and it is stacked with new fish, new Mutations, and a few quality-of-life tweaks that should make your tackle box a little less chaotic. If you are planning to cast a line at the new Mount Hallow, here is exactly when it all goes live and what you are fishing for.
When the Bloodmoon Event starts
The update is set to hit today at 6:00 AM PT (2:00 PM UTC). If you want the smoothest ride, hop in early. Big updates mean crowded servers and the occasional hiccup, so logging in an hour ahead never hurts.

What you are getting
The event spreads new content across every island, with a spotlight on the Halloween-themed Mount Hallow. Expect short, punchy global boosts to kick in: Luck and Mutation buffs that last 5 minutes at a time and apply wherever you are in the game. During those windows, you have a limited shot at nabbing the Bloodmoon Whale and the Bloodmoon Mutation. Yes, the timers are brief by design — you will want to be ready when they flick on.
There is also a new secret catch: the Skeleton Narwhal. It is a high-value pull, and hooking it triggers a special cutscene. If you like a little cinema with your fishing (same), that is the one to chase.
Two fresh Mutations arrive with the update: Sandy and Bloodmoon. If you live for variant hunting, this is your moment.
Quality-of-life updates are sneaking in too. If you own the VIP Gamepass, you can now recolor your Halo. And for the inventory gremlins among us, there is a new sorting button to tidy things up with one press.
The devs also teased on their official X account that a bigger drop is coming soon with 25+ new fish. So, today is not a one-and-done — more bait is on the way.
How long it runs
The Bloodmoon Event is a quick one. It ends on November 7 at 4:00 PM PT. If you want the Whale, the Skeleton Narwhal cutscene, or those new Mutations, do not wait until the last minute.
