10. Retta (Donna Meagle) - $3 million
Born Marietta Sirleaf in 1970, the star who played Donna Meagle is a multi-talent. Starting out as a stand-up, Retta has had numerous acting roles, including that of office manager Donna.
9. Jim O'Heir (Jerry Gergrich) - $3 million
O'Heir started out in a Chicago comedy troupe in the 90s. He went on to star in several films as well as Ally McBeal and Malcolm in the Middle before playing Jerry in Parks and Rec.
8. Adam Scott (Ben Wyatt) - $8 million
After making his acting debut in 1994, Scott spent a few years bouncing around the industry. But it was his role as Henry Pollard in Party Down that got him noticed and led to him landing the role of Ben.
7. Aubrey Plaza (April Ludgate) - $8 million
Parks and Rec was only Plaza's second TV show. After only a handful of acting roles before playing April, she went on to star in films like Scott Pilgrim vs. The World and is now a producer.
6. Aziz Ansari (Tom Haverford) - $25 million

5. Nick Offerman (Ron Swanson) - $25 million

2. Chris Pratt (Andy Dwyer) - $80 million
Parks and Rec gave Pratt his big break as an actor. And boy, has he made the most of it. His filmography now includes The Lego Movie, Guardians of the Galaxy and Jurassic World. Not bad, considering Andy was only supposed to be a temporary character.
1. Rob Lowe (Chris Traeger) - $120 million
Acting royalty and a member of the 90s Brat Pack, Rob Lowe needs no introduction. His list of credits is both long and impressive. But he doesn't take himself too seriously and gives a great performance as Chris Traeger.
