When Isaiah asks why Drew was blackmailing her, she suddenly grabs her stomach and cries out in pain. She tells Isaiah to call Britt — and makes it clear it has to be Britt.

In the next episode, Britt shows up, treats Portia based on her symptoms, and reassures her that she’ll be okay. With Lucas backing her up, Britt orders a bunch of tests to be sure.
