E!'s Botched Presents: Plastic Surgery Rewind isn't just another makeover show — it's part therapy session, part group retreat, and part emotional landmine.

Hosted by RuPaul's Drag Race judge Michelle Visage, the series follows nine celebrities, reality stars, and influencers as they confront past cosmetic procedures and decide whether to reverse them or live with the results.

Each guest checks into the "Rewind Retreat," a sleek group living space where therapy, consultations, and peer support collide. The cast undergoes counseling from body image expert Dr. Spirit and surgical insight from Botched plastic surgeon Dr. Terry Dubrow, all building up to a decision point called the Time Tunnel Rewind — the moment they choose whether to undo their past procedures.

Instead of cramming all the participants in at once, the show staggers their arrivals to give each story proper space.

Visage calls this format "smart," noting that it avoids reality-show chaos and lets viewers connect with each person individually.

The show premiered on July 9, and here's who's walked through the doors so far:

  • Kim Zolciak (Real Housewives of Atlanta) and her daughter Brielle Biermann kicked things off. Kim reevaluated past work like arm contouring, while Brielle debated whether to dissolve her facial fillers.
  • Larissa Santos Lima (90 Day Fiancé) opened up about body dysmorphia and procedures including her nose, breasts, abs, and even knees.
  • Irish influencer Alan McGarry discussed bullying, self-esteem struggles, and whether to reverse a Brazilian Butt Lift.

Coming up:

  • Aubrey O'Day, who arrives just as headlines about her former mentor Diddy break in real time.
  • Jessica Dime (Love & Hip Hop Atlanta), Kathy Brown (former Playboy model), Sebastian Bails (YouTuber), and model Sophia Elgerabli round out the full cast.

Michelle Visage isn't just hosting — she's fully in the mix. She shares her own journey with cosmetic surgery and even appears in a now-viral promo removing her makeup and eyelashes on camera. "I'm an immersive host," she says. "If someone sees me without makeup and thinks I'm ugly, that's on you. I think I look just as beautiful."

On what drew her to the show in the first place:

"I thought it was brilliant... I was just so excited about the idea of these celebrities getting to get something taken care of. Maybe they were ready to release, let go of or move on to the next chapter in their lives... It's a beautiful thing."

And if it sounds heavy, it is — but it's not without laughs. "There's drama, comedy, and a lot of unexpected emotion," Visage says. Her husband even cried during the second episode.

The show also touches on a larger issue: how casual plastic surgery has become. Visage hopes Plastic Surgery Rewind helps people think twice before making permanent changes on impulse.

"It's not that simple," she says. "You don't just put something in and take it out with no consequences."

Botched Presents: Plastic Surgery Rewind airs Wednesdays at 10/9c on E! Episodes stream one week later on Peacock.
