What this show is doing
Co-directed by Seong Do Joon and Shin Woo Cheol, 'No Next Life' follows three longtime friends who refuse to accept that comfort equals happiness. Cho Na Jeong, Koo Ju Yeong, and Lee Il Ri are all stuck in their own ruts and decide to shake up their lives in very different, very messy ways.
The leads: Kim Hee-sun, Han Hye-jin, and Jin Seo-yeon. If that trio made your ears perk up, same.
Previously on 'No Next Life' (Episodes 1–2)
Two episodes are out. On her 41st birthday, Na Jeong reconnects with her best friends Ju Yeong and Il Ri. That reunion drags up all the shine from her past life as a star show host and makes the present look… flat. Cue a midlife pivot: she aims to get back on-air at Sweet Home Shopping. One problem: her husband, Won Bin, is not exactly cheering from the sidelines.
What Episode 3 is setting up
Na Jeong’s comeback bid hits a wall, then out of nowhere a second shot appears. That puts her face-to-face with an old rival, and the energy turns sharp fast. Ju Yeong, meanwhile, is grinding through a cold patch at home just as her desire to have a child is getting louder. And Il Ri? Her already complicated romance throws a curveball when she sees a kiss she was absolutely not expecting. Messy, in a good TV way.
Streaming specifics (so you don’t have to hunt)
Episode 3 premieres on TV Chosun in South Korea at 10:00 p.m. KST on Monday, November 17, 2025, and then lands on Wavve and Netflix in Korea shortly after. In the U.S., it’s set to stream on OnDemandKorea, which lines up with what aggregator sites like JustWatch are showing right now.
Curious where you’re landing with these three: team Na Jeong’s second chance, team Ju Yeong’s wake-up call, or team Il Ri’s chaos magnet?
