New JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Steel Ball Run Trailer Goes Full Fast and Furious on Horseback

Saddle up—the first Steel Ball Run trailer just thundered in, kicking up dust and a stampede of hype.
JoJo is back in the saddle. The first Steel Ball Run teaser just dropped, and even without subtitles, it is absolute chaos in the best way. It is only the Japanese version for now, but JoJo’s mayhem really does not need much translation.
So what is in the teaser?
The race is on. We get our first look at the start of the cross-country American horse race called the Steel Ball Run, where a massive cash prize and bragging rights make everyone a little dangerous. At the center of it all is Johnny Joestar, a paraplegic former jockey who is desperate to compete, teaming up with his friend Gyro Zeppeli, a very skilled, very serious executioner with some extremely specific talents.
Also riding out with the pack: Diego Brando, who is basically a different-universe riff on long-running JoJo villain Dio. If that sounds like inside baseball, it kind of is — Part 6, Stone Ocean, ends with a universe reset, which is how we end up with Diego instead of the Dio you know.
The teaser hints that the prize money is not the only thing on the line. There is a bigger, nastier plot brewing in the background, one that climbs the ladder all the way to the White House. It is JoJo, so of course the starting line is just the beginning of the weirdness.
Japanese voice cast

When and where to watch
Steel Ball Run is headed to Netflix in 2026.
What they are adapting
This is Part 7 of Hirohiko Araki’s long-running manga, a fan favorite for a reason. The teaser sells the vibe: big personalities, bigger horses, and a conspiracy that is probably not going to end politely.
