Mr. Bean star Rowan Atkinson returns with Man vs. Baby, a follow-up to his 2022 hit Man vs. Bee, now streaming on Netflix and already in the U.S. Top 10.

Rowan Atkinson has a new mess to clean up on Netflix, and this time it cries. The follow-up to his 2022 chaos-machine Man vs. Bee is here, it is called Man vs. Baby, and it has already muscled into Netflix’s U.S. Top 10 days after launch.

So what is Man vs. Baby?

Created by Rowan Atkinson and William Davies, the new series brings back Trevor Bingley (Atkinson) for another high-end house-sitting job in a very fancy London penthouse. Last time, Trevor tried to protect a business woman’s home while squaring off with one extremely determined bee. Now he is juggling diaper duty, fending off intruders, and, yes, trying to save both Christmas and the baby. Subtle title, accurate premise.

How it is performing

The show hit Netflix on December 11, 2025 and wasted no time. For the week starting December 8, 2025, Man vs. Baby landed at No. 3 on the U.S. TV chart. That is a quick climb for something that dropped mid-week.

Over in the U.K., it did even better: the series debuted at No. 1, bumping Sean Combs: The Reckoning out of the top spot.

What it is up against

In the U.S., Man vs. Baby slotted in behind two heavy hitters: Sean Combs: The Reckoning at No. 1 and Stranger Things Season 4 at No. 2. The Combs doc has now held the top position for a second straight week after premiering on December 2, 2025.

  • Also charting in the U.S. Top 10 this week: The Abandons Season 1, WWE Raw 2025 – December 8, 2025, Love & Death, The Beast in Me, Ripple, and Matt Rife: Unwrapped – A Christmas Crowd Work Special.

The takeaway

It is exactly the escalation you think it is: from bee to baby. Same Trevor, same high-end property on the line, even higher stakes. And judging by those early charts, people showed up fast.
