Landman Season 2 Episode 3: When It Lands Worldwide and What’s Next
Landman Season 2 Episode 2 erupts: Cooper (Jacob Lofland) hits oil again—equal parts thrill and dread—Ariana (Paulina Chavez) slams the brakes on the cash rush, and Tommy battles his mother’s funeral, Cooper’s snap deals, and a $420 million insurance bomb under mounting scrutiny.
Landman came back swinging, and Episode 2 left more fires burning than it put out. So let’s set the scene before Episode 3 hits: we’ve got oil, grief, secret money, and a family power play that just went from implied to very, very real.
Spoilers for Landman Season 2 Episodes 1–2 ahead.
Previously on Landman: oil strikes and family landmines
Cooper (Jacob Lofland) hit oil again, which is both the dream and the nightmare. Ariana (Paulina Chavez) took one look at the chaos that comes with sudden wealth and tapped the brakes on the relationship. Meanwhile, Tommy is spinning plates: his mother’s funeral, Cooper’s jump-first deals, and that tiny little $420 million insurance settlement hanging over everything. Yes, that number is wild. And all of it is happening under the sharp gaze of his boss, Cami (Demi Moore).
Office chess got nasty with tense calls involving Rebecca (Kayla Wallace) and Nathan, while Angela and Ainsley kept derailing the doom with their brand of feral comic relief. The real bomb, though, dropped at the end: Gallino (Andy Garcia) — Tommy’s father and Cooper’s grandfather — has been secretly bankrolling the wells. That single choice could redraw the entire family map overnight.
When and where to watch Episode 3
Episode 3, Almost a Home, lands Sunday, November 30, 2025 on Paramount+ at 5 p.m. PT / 8 p.m. ET. That’s the clean, official timing.
There’s also a region-by-region guide floating around that lists: ET 8 p.m, PT 5 p.m, CT 9 a.m, MT 1 a.m, BST 8 a.m, CET 9 a.m, and IST 1:30 p.m. Take those middle ones with a grain of salt — the US times are the ones that actually track. So what is Almost a Home actually setting up?
Short answer: more pressure, more leverage, and more uncomfortable choices.
Cami’s influence keeps expanding, and this is probably where she starts digging into Manny’s messy finances. Expect her to pull threads and quietly take control while everyone else argues about the fire instead of the smoke.
Tommy, caught between duty and disaster, is about to pay for Cooper’s oil field play going sideways. Now layer Gallino’s secret financing on top of that — the man didn’t write those checks for charity. That kind of money comes with strings, and Tommy’s loyalty (and sanity) are the likely tug-of-war rope.
Ariana, after stepping back from Cooper, has to decide what a future looks like when love and money come as a bundle deal. Rebecca’s probably about to run into even more legal booby traps at the office. And yes, Angela and Ainsley will almost certainly keep puncturing the tension at exactly the wrong/right times.
Big picture: the show is still doing what it does best — mixing cutthroat business moves with messy, human fallout. With Gallino’s shadow now on the board, expect sharper alliances, nastier betrayals, and some brutal choices about what this family is willing to trade for power.
Can Tommy outmaneuver his father, protect Cooper, and keep Cami’s empire from eating him alive? Or does the oil money split them for good? Drop your predictions below — I’m bracing for at least one twist that makes Episode 2 look calm.
