Expect the military to finally roll in, with General Shaw leading a move on Neibolt Street itself. And the Keepers of the Shokopiwah — the tribe that has dealt with this thing from the Galloo since ancient times — may step in as well. It’s the kind of deep-lore angle that could either connect a lot of dots or make things a whole lot messier for everyone involved.
Quick rewind: Episode 4 actually fixed a big problem
Last week’s episode, 'The Great Swirling Apparatus of Our Planet's Function,' did something smart: it cleaned up how the Ritual of Chud works — a big sticking point from IT: Chapter Two — and slotted in lore that the source material never fully spelled out.
