Yeah, me too. Luckily, though, our beloved Grey's cast members have gone on to do some pretty amazing stuff in film and TV. Here's what they've been up to.
10. Katherine Heigl in 27 Dresses (2008)
Katherine Heigl, our unforgettable Izzie Stevens. In 27 Dresses, Heigl plays Jane, a perennial bridesmaid who has been in, you guessed it, 27 weddings. Her life gets thrown into a tizzy when her sister Tess swoops in and gets engaged to Jane's long-time crush, George. Jane meets Kevin, a cynical wedding reporter. She initially despises him, but guess what? Love happens.
9. Sandra Oh in Killing Eve (2018-2022)
Sandra Oh is crushing it as Eve Polastri, an MI6 operative on the hunt for a psychopathic assassin named Villanelle. The show starts with Eve being recruited to catch Villanelle. As she dives deeper into her investigation, she becomes obsessed with her target. Villanelle even breaks into Eve's house at one point, leaving her unsettled. But it's not all business; Eve's personal life starts fraying as her obsession grows.
8. Patrick Dempsey in Bridget Jones's Baby (2016)
McDreamy alert! Patrick Dempsey shifted gears in this charming rom-com where he plays Jack, a handsome American who has a one-night stand with Bridget Jones. Bridget later realizes she's pregnant but is unsure if Jack or her ex Mark Darcy is the father. Throughout the film, Jack is earnest and endearing as he tries to win Bridget over, attending prenatal classes with her and even setting up a nursery.
7. Isaiah Washington in Blue Caprice (2013)
Diverging from his role as Dr. Burke, Isaiah Washington plays John Allen Muhammad in this dark crime drama. He befriends a young boy, Lee, in Antigua and takes him to the United States. Muhammad brainwashes Lee into becoming an assassin. They commence a series of sniper attacks in Washington, D.C., killing several people. Washington gives one hell of a performance as he plays a chilling mentor to his young accomplice.
6. Eric Dane in The Last Ship (2014-2018)
Captain 'McSteamy,' anyone? Eric Dane takes on a more heroic role as Commander Tom Chandler in this post-apocalyptic series. In The Last Ship, a virus wipes out 80% of the world's population. Chandler commands the USS Nathan James, one of the few unaffected places left. The ship's crew is tasked with finding a cure, facing off against Russian warships and pirates along the way. Chandler's leadership is tested as he struggles with treacherous waters and moral dilemmas to save humanity.
5. T.R. Knight in 11.22.63 (2016)
Remember George O'Malley? Well, T.R. Knight stepped into a time-bending world for this one. In 11.22.63, he plays Johnny Clayton, the abusive husband of Sadie, the love interest of the protagonist, Jake Epping. Johnny is a menacing figure who stalks Sadie and Jake as they become closer.
4. Chyler Leigh in Supergirl (2015-2021)
From Lexie Grey to Alex Danvers, Chyler Leigh went full-on superhero mode in Supergirl. Her character, Alex, starts as a scientist and becomes a secret agent for the DEO (Department of Extranormal Operations). The show revolves around her bond with her sister Kara, aka Supergirl. Together, they fight alien threats, and Alex even gets her own suit and gadgets.
3. Sara Ramirez in Madam Secretary (2014-2019)
From Callie Torres to a political strategist! Sara Ramirez joins Madam Secretary as Kat Sandoval, a genius political strategist who becomes an advisor to the Secretary of State. Throughout her run, Kat masterminds several diplomatic initiatives, including peace talks and international deals. She's not just a brain, though; she's got a tender side, being a parent.
2. Kate Walsh in The Umbrella Academy (2019-Present)
Addison Montgomery turns into a time-traveling assassin. Kate Walsh plays The Handler in The Umbrella Academy. Her role is a higher-up in a mysterious organization that controls time. She manipulates several main characters, giving them missions that serve her interests. At one point, she's killed but then resurrected, making her even more formidable. She tries to adopt one of the protagonists, Five, aiming to groom him as her successor.

Denny Duquette sure did a 180. Jeffrey Dean Morgan stars as Negan in The Walking Dead, and he's not the sweetheart we remember. Negan is the ruthless leader of the Saviors, a group that terrorizes other communities in a post-apocalyptic world. Armed with a barbed-wire baseball bat named Lucille, he enforces his rules through intimidation and brutal punishments.
