New report: A24 has rebranded Glen Powell’s revenge thriller — Huntington is now titled How to Make a Killing.

Glen Powell has another slick A24 thriller on the way, and it just got a new name. Even better, the trailer is already sneaking into theaters if you know where to look.

The new title (and when you can see it)

The movie formerly known as Huntington is now titled How to Make a Killing. Per World of Reel, a trailer for the film has been quietly popping up before select screenings of The Running Man. That same report pegs the release date as February 27, 2026. So yes, we have a title, a date, and apparently a trailer out in the wild — not bad for a project that’s been cooking since 2024.

Who is making it

John Patton Ford, the writer-director behind Emily the Criminal, is at the wheel here. Early chatter says the script was inspired by the 1949 Ealing comedy Kind Hearts and Coronets, the Alec Guinness classic. That is very specific DNA for a modern revenge thriller, which makes this even more intriguing.

The cast

  • Glen Powell
  • Margaret Qualley
  • Ed Harris
  • Jessica Henwick
  • Zach Woods
  • Topher Grace
  • Raff Law
  • Bill Camp

Powell’s hot streak keeps going

Powell’s been everywhere since Top Gun: Maverick in 2022. He followed that with Anyone But You and Hit Man in 2023, then Twisters in 2024. This year, he headlined Edgar Wright’s take on The Running Man — which, again, is where some folks have already caught the trailer for How to Make a Killing — and he’s also lined up for J.J. Abrams’ Ghostwriter, currently set for 2026.

Bottom line: A24, a revenge thriller with a sneaky old-school influence, and a cast stacked with ringers. How to Make a Killing is one to circle on the calendar — even if the calendar is 2026.
