General Hospital, Dec. 3: Nathan tightens the screws on Curtis at the PCPD, Gio and Emma chase a cryptic card’s clue, and tensions spike as Dante and Rocco’s bond is put to the test.

Port Charles did not take a breath today. We got tense family drama, a messy interrogation that spun into something darker, a bathroom confrontation at The Brown Dog, and, yes, a surprise pack of dogs somehow tied to a dead guy named Dalton. Here is what actually happened and why it matters.

  • Dante tries to rein in Rocco, Lulu backs him up, and Rocco bolts after throwing some pointed history in his dad's face.
  • At the PCPD, Nathan pushes Curtis hard while Jordan runs interference. A flashback shows Curtis meeting Selina to plan a hit. Later, Curtis admits to Jordan he lied and wants to tell her the truth.
  • Over drinks at The Brown Dog, Portia confronts Nina about naming her in the case. Nina apologizes and says she was protecting Willow. Portia drops a bomb: she is pregnant.
  • At Sonny's, Ric swings by to talk about their daughters. Rocco shows up asking to crash for the night. Sonny gives the kid a little tough-love advice about earning back trust.
  • Emma and Gio debate whether the address on Emma's mysterious card for Dalton's second is a trap. They go anyway. Later, they turn up at Sonny's with a bunch of dogs.
  • Laura tells Kevin about finding Dalton's body in her car. He thinks someone is sending her a message. After Kevin leaves on a patient call, someone visits, and Laura is not surprised.

Rocco vs Dante (with Lulu in the middle)

Dante tells Rocco to cool it with Gio. Rocco is not having it and fires back that Dante does not get to decide who is family. Lulu sides with Dante, which only makes things worse. Rocco cracks open old wounds, accusing Dante of abandoning him and Lulu twice, then storms out. Later, Dante confides in Lulu that he is worried about their son. Lulu, sensibly, tells him to give Rocco time to process everything he has learned lately.

Nathan corners Curtis, Jordan pushes back

At the PCPD, Portia shows up because Curtis is being questioned, sees Jordan sitting with him, and leaves before stepping in. Inside the room, Jordan and Nathan argue over the supposed smoking gun that Curtis did not actually have access to. Then we jump to a flashback: Curtis meets with Selina, and the two of them plan a hit. Not subtle.

Back in the present, Curtis spars with Nathan and tells him to drop it since there is nothing to pin on him. Nathan comes at him from a different angle: why did Curtis call his ex-wife that night instead of Portia? Curtis shuts that down as none of Nathan's business and walks. Afterward, he tells Jordan he lied at the station and wants to finally tell her the truth.

The Brown Dog: drinks, apologies, and a surprise

Ava and Nina are already at The Brown Dog when Portia arrives, expecting Ava solo. Nina steps away, and Portia follows her to the restroom. Portia calls Nina out for naming her in the case. Nina actually apologizes and says she was trying to steer heat away from Willow. Then Portia drops the headline: she is pregnant. Nina is stunned.

Sonny's house becomes a refuge

After dinner, Ric stops by Sonny's place, and they talk about how close their daughters have gotten. Rocco shows up next, asking if he can spend the night. Sonny gives him the calm grandpa talk: you want your parents' trust back, you make some right choices. It is warm, but the message is clear.

Emma and Gio chase a lead... and bring dogs

At The Brown Dog, Emma and Gio compare notes on the odd timing of the address Emma got on that mysterious card for Dalton's second. Gio says it reeks of a setup. Emma knows it is risky but wants to check it out anyway. Cut to later: they arrive at Sonny's with a bunch of dogs. Is it weird? Absolutely. Is it connected to Dalton? That is the implication.

Laura unpacks the body-in-the-car situation

Laura lays out the whole story for Kevin about finding Dalton's body in her car. Kevin beats himself up for not being there and points out the obvious: someone is trying to rattle her. He gets pinged about a patient and heads out, and the minute he does, Laura gets a visitor she clearly expected.

'I thought you'd be stopping by soon.'
