Halloween in Port Charles did not come to play. The Oct 31 episode stacked power moves, family drama, and one late-hour twist that is going to reverberate. Spoilers ahead for Oct 31, 2025.

Drew vs. Michael: shots fired (again)

Nina pulled Drew into a quiet corner at the Metro Court and told him she would cover his bail, no matter the number. Nice gesture, terrible timing. Michael walked in and Drew immediately said he was ready to put the shooting on Michael. Subtlety is dead.

Meanwhile, Sonny sat Michael down at the same hotel and tried to get him to take Willow’s press and legal situation seriously. Michael shrugged; Sonny did not. His point: Willow’s new attorney is Alexis, and that changes the game.

The Quartermaine estate tug-of-war

At the bar, Ronnie clocked a guy she thought might be Jack, and yep — it was Jack Brennan. Introductions flew just as Carly slid in. The second she heard Ronnie’s name, Carly mentioned Michael and unloaded about Ronnie selling the Q mansion out from under him. Michael wanted to buy the place; Ronnie is selling it anyway.

Michael made one more run at this at the mansion, practically begging Ronnie not to sell to Drew. She got emotional but admitted she was too locked in to pull the plug. Then Drew arrived, made sure Michael understood who was taking over the house, and the two of them finalized the sale while Michael watched.

Nina’s other shoe drops

Later, Nina told Sonny something that complicates everything: Drew has been blackmailing Portia. She can’t do much about it, but Sonny? He definitely could.

Britt takes the wheel, Dalton pivots, Emma makes a move

Sidwell told Dalton he was out and Britt was in as the new boss. As soon as Sidwell left, Dalton pitched Britt on cutting Sidwell out of their dealings entirely. Not exactly a mourning period for the old org chart.

Over at Bobbie’s, Gio found Emma staring a hole through her coffee. She laid it out: an opportunity just opened to expose Dalton’s shady practices, and she’s going to take it. Later, she caught Britt inside Dalton’s office and did not love what she saw. Also curious: Sidwell asked Laura to partner up on something he says would benefit the town. That is... not the person you expect to hear community outreach from.

Tracy and Lucy, unexpectedly in sync

Still grieving Alan and stressed about clearing out the house, Tracy accepted Lucy’s help with the estate sale. Lucy gently redirected her: keep the memories, not the stuff. It was the rare Quartermaine moment that was actually soft.

Laura’s advice hour (and Jack’s spy games)

Martin confessed to Laura that he is back working with Drew and Sidwell, even though he cannot stand Sidwell. Lulu, meanwhile, admitted her kids are icing her out and hiding things. Laura’s take: invite Britt and Valentin over and try to lower the temperature with some face time.

On the co-parenting front, Jack told Lulu that Valentin wants another visit with Charlotte. Lulu was clear: she is not letting their daughter get dragged into espionage-adjacent nonsense.

And then Tracy found a will

Back at Lulu’s place, Tracy opened a box and pulled out Monica’s will. That is not nothing. Given everything happening with the house, this is the kind of detail longtime viewers will immediately clock as trouble.

  • Sonny warns Michael that Alexis representing Willow is a real problem.
  • Ronnie goes through with selling the Quartermaine estate to Drew despite Michael’s last-ditch plea; Drew rubs it in.
  • Carly meets Ronnie (and Jack Brennan) and blasts the sale on Michael’s behalf.

  • Martin admits he is working with Drew and Sidwell again; Laura advises Lulu to bring Britt and Valentin into the fold to ease tension with the kids.
