Disney's problems with Snow White are getting worse—and Gal Gadot is ready to add fuel to the fire.

The live-action remake of Snow White has already been a disaster at the box office, scraping together a miserable $169.9 million worldwide before being steamrolled by Minecraft: The Movie. But what started as a flop is now snowballing into a legal and PR nightmare.

Gal Gadot, who played the Evil Queen, is reportedly lawyering up against Disney. According to sources, she's furious that the studio used her worst takes in the final cut—takes she claims were never supposed to see the light of day. Instead of reshoots or edits, Disney allegedly went ahead and showcased the weakest parts of her performance, leading critics and audiences alike to call her robotic and lifeless.

The fallout has been immediate. Industry insiders are distancing themselves from Gadot, blaming her for the film's failure. Gadot, in turn, accuses Disney of deliberate sabotage—turning what was supposed to be a career highlight into a career embarrassment.

And that's not the end of it. Gadot says Disney higher-ups also tried to smear her during production, blaming her for delays and spreading rumors she was consistently late on set. She maintains she was on time, and that the studio tried to shift blame as the project spiraled out of control.

Behind the scenes, Disney is already under pressure. Bob Iger's leadership has been battered by endless controversies, and he's now facing an FCC investigation over possible DEI violations. Meanwhile, the board is scrambling, lawsuits are piling up, and the company's once bulletproof reputation is starting to collapse.

Gadot isn't staying silent. Reports suggest she's planning a full media offensive, with a podcast tour set to expose what she claims are Disney's broken promises, behind-the-scenes chaos, and coverups.

For a studio already bleeding money and fighting battles on every front, this is the last thing they need. And Gal Gadot isn't backing down.
