File this under harmless debate fuel: a new fan-compiled ranking of the most handsome actors for 2025/26 just dropped, and it puts Chris Hemsworth at No. 1, with Timothee Chalamet at No. 3 and Tom Holland at No. 8. Yes, Chalamet beats Holland here. No, Hemsworth didn’t just edge it — he’s two spots ahead of Chalamet and a full seven ahead of Holland. The power of being the strongest Avenger, I guess.

The list comes from @infodexx, who says it was compiled from the most popular fan rankings across 2025 (including Ranker) and posted on December 16, 2025. Six Hollywood names made the Top 10 (Hemsworth, Cavill, Chalamet, Gosling, Holland, Michael B. Jordan). The other four spots went global: K-pop star Kim Taehyung (aka V), Bollywood icon Hrithik Roshan, and Turkish leads Can Yaman and Burak Ozcivit. No surprise that Hemsworth and Cavill sit at 1 and 2; superhero glow-ups tend to move needles. Also not shocking: Ryan Gosling and Michael B. Jordan crack the list — other celebrities bring them up so often it’s practically a genre.
Chalamet vs. Holland: the compliments-off
Even though the list favors Chalamet over Holland, Timmy himself has already said he doesn’t see it that way. On LADbible’s Agree to Disagree, where he appeared with Keegan-Michael Key, Chalamet was asked if he was better-looking than the Spider-Man and Uncharted star he once competed against for the Spidey role. His answer couldn’t have been clearer:
"I’m going 'strongly disagree' on that. Tom is the ultimate rizz master. The internet knows this, Zendaya knows this, everyone knows this. Ultimate rizz master."
When The Tonight Show played that clip for Holland, he laughed and took the W with good humor:
"I’d have to say I strongly agree."
For what it’s worth, Holland has thrown flowers right back before, joking in another LADbible chat that if it were a looks contest between the two, "He’d be double handsome and I’d lose that one." Translation: they’re friends, and the mutual hype machine is alive and well.
The odd footnote: Cavill still hasn’t nabbed People’s crown
One more wrinkle for the top two: Hemsworth has a People Magazine Sexiest Man Alive title (2014, the 35th edition). Henry Cavill doesn’t — which feels wild given how much the internet has looked like a Cavill fan club since Man of Steel and The Witcher. The most recent Sexiest Man Alive is Jonathan Bailey (2025).
