Set about two centuries after the bombs fell, Fallout follows the collision between the folks who grew up cushy in underground vaults and the people who clawed their way through the wasteland. When the vault dwellers finally have to go topside, they find a violent, bizarre, and surprisingly complicated world where resources are scarce and morality is flexible.
