If you are new to it, the show follows two high schoolers with opposite beliefs: Momo Ayase is Team Ghosts, Okarun is Team Aliens. MAPPA has officially set the next anime arc, International Assassins, in motion. This is the next chapter after Chainsaw Man - The Movie: Reze Arc, which delivered the gut-punch of Denji being betrayed by Reze, the Bomb Devil Hybrid. International Assassins is where the fallout lands and the target on Denji's chest gets a lot bigger.

"Denji is a young boy who works as a Devil Hunter with the 'Chainsaw Devil' Pochita. One day, as he was living his miserable life trying to pay off the debt he inherited from his parents, he got betrayed and killed.
