By the end, the story goes pitch black — literally — with the arrival of a Primal Fear: the Darkness Devil. This is the arc that first introduces the Primal Fear devils, and that concept becomes a big deal for everything that follows. It's one of the series' most pivotal stretches — fast, brutal, and stuffed with new lore.

Will Season 2 get the Reze Arc treatment?

The Reze Arc movie landed big, and not by accident. MAPPA went hard on cinematic animation and came in with a clear, disciplined plan — and you can feel it on screen. They have not shared a date for Season 2 yet, and honestly, that might be a good sign. If the studio is taking the time to stage this right, Tatsuki Fujimoto's series is in very steady hands.
