Because the WGA strike broke out before the finale of Blue Bloods Season 13 aired, work on Season 14 hasn't even begun yet, and its premiere has been pushed back to an undetermined date. The stars of the show, however, aren't letting their fans get sad.

Donnie Wahlberg, who plays Danny Reagan on Blue Bloods, continues to connect with his fans during the SAG-AFTRA strike, treating his 1.8 million followers to news about his boy band New Kids on the Block and emotional personal life announcements.
The actor, who turned 54 in August, recently addressed his fans with a heartfelt Instagram reel, thanking everyone for the outpouring of well-wishes and support.
'Thank you for your love. Thank you for being a constant source of light in my life. You inspire me every single day,' the actor wrote in the caption of the clip, which featured a throwback photo of his young self transforming into today's Donnie.
Of course, the fans didn't miss the beautiful message and drowned Donnie in love and appreciation in the comments.
'I am a big fan,' one of the commenters wrote. 'Love watching you on Blue Bloods and watching you guys in the band, give your all to your fans, all these years later.'
