The Hollywood power couple seem to be shipping a pair of complicated Yellowstone characters.

The Paramount Network saga of the Montana rancher family led by John Dutton (Kevin Costner) has been a real winner for the fledgling streaming service, gluing millions of people to their screens each week.

Created by Taylor Sheridan, this series is loved by fans not only for its truthful portrayal of corporate greed but also for the great chemistry between all cast members, among which Cole Hauser and Kelly Reilly, playing Rip and Beth, stand out as the real leaders. The two conflicted characters are perfectly written and acted, and what's more, some fans believe they present the perfect possible romantic pairing.

Interestingly, it looks like Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck think so too, as the actor recently revealed on Bill Simmons' podcast.

The Hollywood royalty admitted that it was Lopez who first made him watch Yellowstone, and the famous singer doesn't seem to mind befriending Rip and Beth. Affleck revealed that he was somewhat skeptical about the pairing at first, but as time went on, he began to like it more and more.

Also worth noting is the fact that Affleck and Hauser have known each other for quite some time: they first met on screen in 1992 in School Ties and later starred together in Good Will Hunting and Dazed and Confused.

Although the two actors are not friends in real life, fans are quite amused that Affleck is setting up his former film colleague with Kelly Reilly.

However, even despite the support of Hollywood's "it" couple, people are a little tired of the idea of Rip and Beth being together.

This possible romantic storyline received lots of attention back in season one, and now that so many years have passed, fans aren't thrilled about the pairing, claiming that Beth and Rip are too conflicted to be together.

Viewers think Beth is unstable and won't make a good couple with Rip, who adores her like a little puppy. Truth be told, fans just think Rip is too good to be with Beth.
