All’s Fair wraps its Hulu season with a gut-punch: Carrie’s manipulations shatter alliances and one partner is hauled away for Lloyd’s murder.

Hulu wrapped All's Fair with a finale that leans all the way into the mess. Episode 9 ends with cops marching out one of the firm's partners on a murder charge. If you felt the season was heated already, the show basically poured gasoline on it and lit a match.

Carrie's long game finally pays off (for her, anyway)

Carrie (aka Carr) spends the entire hour doing stealth damage to the other women to consolidate power. She zeroes in on Liberty first, feeding her insecurities and sealing the deal with a very on-the-nose Diana collectible. It works. By the end of Carr's campaign, Liberty calls off the wedding. Not subtle, but effective.

Dina becomes the next target

Then Carr redirects the fire toward Dina. She spreads evidence around and spins the story to the rest of the group, even tossing out a false accusation that Dina threw wine just to escalate things. Dina, to her credit, stops playing nice and says the quiet part out loud:

"terrifying sociopath."

From there, it gets even messier. Dina's housekeeper steps in with a statement about being grabbed and reveals a bruise hidden under a scarf. Dina immediately claims Carr pressured the housekeeper into it. Carr counters with paperwork showing a recent change to Dina's will that leaves 80% of her estate to Esperanza. You can practically hear the sirens gearing up.

The cuffs come out

Just when it looks like the firm might try to bury this in-house, the police arrive and arrest Dina for Lloyd's murder. Cue the collective whiplash. Is Dina actually the killer, or did Carr orchestrate this from the shadows? The episode deliberately leaves you hanging.

Where it leaves everyone (and what Hulu just decided)

  • Episode: 9 (season finale) on Hulu
  • Main mover: Carrie/Carr manipulates alliances all episode
  • Liberty: calls off her wedding after Carr stokes her insecurities and gifts a Diana collectible
  • Dina: becomes Carr's target; gets accused of throwing wine; her housekeeper testifies about being grabbed and shows a bruise; Dina says Carr coerced the testimony
  • Will twist: Carr reveals a recent change naming Esperanza for 80% of Dina's estate
  • Arrest: police take Dina into custody for Lloyd's murder
  • Fallout: Carr now reads as a full-on puppet master; Dina is a major liability to the firm
  • Renewal: Hulu has already picked All's Fair (starring Kim Kardashian) up for Season 2

Bottom line: the show ends on a clean cliffhanger with Carr looking unbeatable and Dina in handcuffs. Whether that's justice or just Carr's latest chess move is the whole question going into next season.
