Ted leaves Richmond
With the show coming to an end, this seems a likely scenario. Whether he goes out in a blaze of glory or with a whimper is maybe not so obvious though. But if he does step down as head coach, what comes next for Ted? Will he stay in the UK? He's certainly very settled in Richmond.
Then, of course, there's his 'friendship' with Rebecca. Would he want to leave her and head back to The States? Or could The States come to him? Maybe the NFL will have a franchise in London and Ted will be the manager.

Nate builds bridges
A lot of bridges have been burned. But few things are ever truly damaged beyond repair. So, how about Nate and Ted make up and become friends for life? And while we're about it, Nate has a few bridges to build with Richmond as a club. So how about he takes over as the new head coach when (ok, if) Ted leaves? Stranger things have happened in fiction - and in football.

Rupert dies – and Sassy wears red to the funeral
She said she would. She told him she'll be 'a beacon of joy to the other three people there.' And it's the kind of thing we can see her going through with.

Rebecca keeps the club (because she wants to)
Initially, it was all about getting back at Rupert as far as Rebecca's plotline was concerned. But sport is a funny old thing and people can get very attached to any club or team they become associated with. So, maybe we'll discover that Becca has truly fallen in love with the club and will keep it, not because of anything to do with Rupert, but because she wants to see it grow and succeed.

Keeley has another career change
She's always been playing a character and sucking up to people to 'get on' in her career. So maybe she'll be struck by inspiration and realise what she really wants to do with her life. And she'll finally be truly happy.
