Ace Today’s LinkedIn Games: Every Solution for December 20, 2025
Weekend chill can wait—today’s LinkedIn Games answers are in. This week’s lineup delivered laughs, but today’s Pinpoint is a real test. Dive in for solutions and join the daily challenge.
Weekend puzzle people, assemble. LinkedIn rolled out a fresh batch today, and they were a decent mix: a mellow Mini Sudoku, a sneaky Tango, and a Pinpoint that really wants you to know your... nautical hobby kit? Also, heads up: if it is your first time opening any of these, LinkedIn makes you do a tutorial instead of the real daily. With that out of the way, here is every answer for December 20, 2025.
Queens (#599)
The board jumped to a 9x9 today, which is a nice change of pace. The colored regions are pretty forgiving, and the bigger grid finally lets the puzzle breathe a little. Here is where each queen lands, by row and column:
Row 1, Col 2. Row 2, Col 7. Row 3, Col 9. Row 4, Col 3. Row 5, Col 5. Row 6, Col 1. Row 7, Col 4. Row 8, Col 6. Row 9, Col 8.
Zip (#278)
Fewer points than yesterday, but still a fun route. Do this step by step: go straight to the right edge, drop all the way to the bottom through point 2, slide into point 3, head left to the edge, go up twice, then right once to hit point 4. From there, down once, right four times to point 5, up once, left three, up once, then left to the edge. Next sequence: up twice passing through point 2 again, right once into point 7, down once, right once, up once, right once, down once, right once, up once, right once, and then down once to land on point 8. Finish by going right once, straight up to the top, then left to the edge into point 9.
Tango (#439)
Six squares were pre-filled, and most of the board falls into place if you keep the rules in your head while you work. Final layout by row:
Row 1: Moon, Sun, Moon, Moon. Row 2: Moon, Sun, Moon, Moon, Sun, Sun. Row 3: Moon, Moon, Sun, Sun, Sun. Row 4: Sun, Moon, Sun, Moon, Moon. Row 5: Moon, Sun, Moon, Moon, Sun, Sun. Row 6: Sun, Sun, Moon, Moon.
Pinpoint (#599)
This one is mean in a fun way. The clues come in like this: Square, then Butterfly, then Bowline, then Half Hitch, and finally Gordian. If that last one did not give it away, the theme is: types of knots.
Mini Sudoku (#131)
Still the most consistent of the bunch in terms of difficulty. Today’s completed grid by row:
Row 1: 3, 1, 4, 2, 6, 5. Row 2: 2, 6, 5, 3, 4, 1. Row 3: 6, 4, 1, 5, 2, 3. Row 4: 5, 3, 2, 4, 1, 6. Row 5: 1, 2, 3, 6, 5, 4. Row 6: 4, 5, 6, 1, 3, 2.
Crossclimb (#599)
Clues and solutions first: 'Impact zone, as on the moon' is CRATER. 'Helipad craft, for short' is COPTER. 'Blathered on and on' is PRATED. 'Machine that uniformly applies a liquid such as paint' is COATER. 'Boxed for storage' is CRATED.
Before you solve the last two, reorder those first five like this: PRATED, CRATED, CRATER, COATER, COPTER. The final hint is 'A hyphenated word meaning clad in metal sheets used for engraving.' That points you to COPPER and PLATED.
