Save Me (2018, 2 seasons)

Father-daughter relationships can be tricky to navigate, but they're even more complicated when the two don't really play a major role in each other's lives. This British series follows Nelson, whose life isn't exactly perfect and, to add insult to injury, his estranged daughter Jody doesn't really want him around. But one day she mysteriously disappears, turning his world upside down.

American Auto (2021, 2 seasons)

This short sitcom starring Ana Gasteyer centers on a Detroit-based car dealership and its workers, who face all kinds of problems when the company hires a new CEO with little to no knowledge of the industry. The show is only two seasons long so you don't have to worry about the quality of its humor – it is always on point.

We Are Lady Parts (2021, 1 season)

This British sitcom is a truly modern creation that celebrates women's rights, diversity and religious tolerance. Following an all-female punk band, the show explores their relationships with friends, family, lovers, and careers as they try to make it in culturally diverse London. The Way Home (2023, 1 season)

Originally broadcast by Hallmark, this time travel drama is centered on three generations of the Landry family women who set off on a journey to learn more about their family while also trying to find their ways back to one another. This is a wonderful exploration of female fates spanning several decades of history and a nice reminder of why women are, in fact, the stronger sex.
