Fans are most excited about the show.

As this fall isn't rich in TV premieres due to the writers' and actors' strikes, the few releases that are slated for this season are even more anticipated. Paramount+'s reboot of the classic sitcom Frasier undeniably is the most welcome show to have come out. Now, it's been just a day since the first two episodes were made available to stream on the platform.

Following the beloved titular character in a new stage of his life, the revamped show features him moving back to Boston, where the original sitcom Cheers was set. There, Dr. Crane, now a professor at Harvard, has to make amends with his estranged son Freddie and finally find his happiness.

Having watched the first two episodes, fans have shared their opinions of the new Paramount+ show. Here are just five things that they like most about the Frasier reboot.

5. Supporting Characters

Sitcoms usually feature a host of supporting characters, but those don't always come across as interesting. The new Frasier's supporting cast, such as the head of the psychology department at Harvard or Freddie's friend, contribute to the plot significantly, which is why fans find them lovable.

4. Brilliant Script

While sitcoms tend to deteriorate over time, becoming less and less funny, the Frasier reboot boasts a wonderfully written script that makes the story fascinating and utterly hilarious. Although only two episodes have dropped yet, fans are adamant the show will have a nice and long run.

3. Fresh Start

Speaking of the story, most people have appreciated that the writers introduced so many changes to Frasier, putting the main character in new situations. This way, it's a whole different show with a ton of potential that doesn't really pivot on the established canon.

2. Character Dynamics

It's obvious that Frasier and Freddie's relationship is at the heart of the revamped show. The audience has enjoyed their character dynamics so far, stating that it's awkward yet hilarious to follow.

1. Kelsey Grammer

Undoubtedly, viewers are excited to see the actor reprise his iconic role. Kelsey Grammer was one of the most popular comedy actors in the 1980s and 1990s, when Cheers and Frasier were on the air. Now the star is back in business. And he's as good as you might have thought.

Episode 3 of new Frasier is scheduled for October 19th.
