The show about a formerly wealthy family starred some now-wealthy actors.

Though its ratings were initially low, Arrested Development was highly praised by critics and has achieved cult sitcom status over the years.

The show has had a unique and somewhat turbulent history, spanning almost two decades, with the first three original seasons aired on Fox between 2003 and 2006 and two subsequent ones on Netflix (the last one was released in 2019).

The original story revolves around the dysfunctional Bluth-Fünke family who, despite their bankruptcy, continue to live a privileged and extravagant lifestyle. Plenty of talented actors took part in the Fox series, and we wondered which of them is actually the richest now. Here's what we found.

10. Alia Shawkat and Jessica Walter

The actresses who played the granddaughter and grandmother, the cunning Maeby Fünke and Lucille Bluth, a heavy drinker, are last on our list. But don't let that fool you because both stars' fortunes are estimated at $4 million.

9. Judy Greer

Judy Greer, who played the role of George's and then Michael's personal assistant, also has an impressive fortune of $5 million.

8. Jeffrey Tambor

Jeffrey Tambor portrayed George Bluth Sr. — the family patriarch, founder of the Bluth Company, and close friend of Saddam Hussein. He is a very prolific Hollywood actor with a net worth of $8 million.

7. Tony Hale

Next on the list is mama's boy and Oscar's son Buster Bluth. Tony Hale, who played him, is valued at $9 million.

6. David Cross

Tobias Fünke is remembered as one of the most awkward characters in the show. The actor, writer, director and producer has a net worth of $10 million.

5. Michael Cera

The role of a shy member of the Bluth family with incestuous tendencies, George Michael, was a breakthrough for Michael Cera — one of the major comedians of the last couple of decades. His fortune stands at $20 million.

4. Jason Bateman

The accomplished Hollywood Walk of Fame star Jason Bateman played the lead as Michael Bluth, the most functional and level-headed family member who tried to replace his father as the Bluth Company's CEO. Bateman's net worth is $30 million.

3. Henry Winkler

The 59-year-old actor, best known for Happy Days and the recent Barry series, played an incompetent family lawyer on the show. Winkler's fortune is estimated at $40 million.

2. Portia de Rossi

Portia de Rossi, who played Lindsay Bluth-Fünke, is known not only as an actress and model but also as the wife of comedian Ellen DeGeneres and CEO of the art company General Public. She is worth a staggering $50 million.

1. Ron Howard

The producer and narrator of the series, who also starred in it as a fictionalized version of himself, Ron Howard is incredibly wealthy, with a net worth estimated at a whopping $200 million!
